More on herbs that prefer/are tastier in poor soil
So - i am really trying to get an extensive and productive herb garden going, but like others, frequently feel I am floundering.
I have been building up my soil with all manner of amendments, composting, etc since starting my veggie gardening journey. Now - where will I find "poor soil", lol?
Especially for indoor potted things?
How do you make sure your herbs have poor soil? Would you just grow something else int he dirt, and then when it is somewhat depleted put the herbs in?
Any techniques to share?
