What's your preferred method of juicing black raspberries?
I made a batch of black raspberry syrup yesterday and the final result was very good, but getting there was a real chore. I tried using a cone and pestle but seeds went through the holes and there was still a lot of juice left in the pulp because the hard seeds prevent the pestle from pressing against the pulp. I ended up putting the pulp in a clean cloth and twisting it with my bare hands. There must be a better way. What method do other people use? I'm fine with pulp getting through, just not the gritty seeds.
