We have a small perineal herb bed (rosemary, oregano, lemon balm) along the foundation right outside the kitchen door. There was a termite swarm and we had to hire Bugs-be-gone to kill the terminates. Part of the process was spraying a poison along the foundation where the herbs are planted. My question: will the herbs ever be safe to eat again?

I think you have to find out what chemicals were used. It is the only way to know. But you could always take this as an opportunity to create a new herb garden elsewhere. I'm sure that it will give you more peace of mind using herbs from someplace other than the poisoned garden.
