My oregano plant has turned spicy! I planted it last year, and it tasted just like the dried oregano that I've used. I just picked some today and it is very spicy. What happened?

It is planted in full sun, and seems very vigorous and healthy.

You're complaining? That's how oregano should be. It's that 'full sun' it was born to lap up.
