Bay Laurel comment

Look at this sickly laurel and offer your best advice. I didn't think they were too fussy, but it's condition tells me it's not happy. Duh. I had it planted in a pot last summer and transplanted it this spring. As you can see it gets ample water. It's leaves are slightly yellow. Help!

It is a little distant but I can't actually see anything wrong with the plant. What do you see as the problem with it? It doesn't need a lot of water. Maybe you are overdoing it? It also seems to have been cut back a lot. And did you cultivate the soil before you planted it? It looks very lumpy.
