I am having a really good time going to the gym. We go M,W,F. I am up to 80 pounds on leg presses. Fell so good after working out.
Kay, I am glad you are having such a good time at the gym, working out, but,I owuld think you get enough "work out" in the garden.weeding, hauling mulch, etc.:-)
Kay, good for you that you are enjoying your gym time. It must be helping your strength problems as you seem to be doing so well.
