Is Salvia roemeriana, cedar sage, edible for humans?

merrybookwyrmSeptember 22, 2010

I had thought that perennial cedar sage, salvia roemeriana, was edible for the butterflies and other critters, but not edible for humans. Does anyone know if this is true or not true? Thank you.

I'm really not sure. You can try cross-posting to the Salvia forum.

Thank you. I'll try the Salvia forum. Don't really expect it to be edible by humans, though...
