Canning Pepperoncini

I can't find a recipe that is specific for Pepperoncini peppers.

Has anyone canned these peppers?

If you have a recipe or can direct me where to look for one, I'd very much appreciate it. I only have a few plants but, they are loaded - some are even turning red. I think they are ready for harvest.

I wouldn't mind some garlic in the recipe. Can this be done?

Did you search here Gloria? I know there are several threads about doing them since it is a common question. I'll see if I can pull them together for you.

Thanks Dave! It seems you're always there to help any of us out.

I appreciate the GW links more than google. I have it book marked and am ready to go for it - next week - when the weather will be cooler, I hope. 101 degrees today and yesterday is a bit much for my area.

I also wanted an opinion about adding a little garlic. Would this be good or no? Maybe I can add a clove to one or two jars and leave the rest of the jars without.

I also forgot about adding the Pickle Crisp and definitely will be using it because I don't want mushy peppers.
