how to preserve them?
My hubby likes the ones that are sitting on the table at Steak N Shake...anyone know how to do those? I have a TON of small peppers like that!
Don't know Steak N Shake but I assume they are some sort of pickled peppers on the table since that is what most restaurants have? Are they sweet or hot?
NCHFP has the canning instruction for both types. Suggest you also use Pickle Crisp in the for best results. You can find out all about it as well as other pickled pepper recipes in some of these previous discussions.
