Need help identifying weed (2)

RossinJaxAugust 26, 2013

This is the second of 2 posts.

Here is a photo of another type of weed that is invading our St. Augustine grass lawn in Jacksonville. We need help identifying it and suggestions for controlling/eradicating it.

It is grass-like that develops a long stem. Sometimes it is single and sometimes in clumps.
