Very small peaches

luvncanninAugust 3, 2012

I want to can these peaches but they are cling peaches and very small. I thought I could cook them down whole and then remove the pits and skins like I do with sandplums.I have an easy system that works well. I cant find any info on if this is ok to do it this way.

Is there a reason why it would not work?

Thank you all

Kim

If I could find some tiny peaches, I would make a batch of whole, pickled peaches.
