green grapes for jelly?
We planted four grape vines a few years ago, and this is the first harvest. I'd love to make jelly, but counted on most of the grapes being Concord.....instead, three of the four are green/white grapes. (it was supposed to be two of each) They taste ok, but don't have the flavor of the Concord. If I mix them, will I get a good tasting jelly? Will they even make a good grape juice? Will I need to add other fruit juices to get a more palatable flavor? HELP???
