Yellow Peppers vs Red Peppers

Can I sub yellow peppers for red peppers in a NCHFP Fresh Dill Cucumber Relish recipe? I would assume the ph to be similar/same but I can't find any information on this.

Yes. In fact you can use any fresh pepper, hot or sweet or a mixture as long as the total weight/volume as the recipe indicates remains the same.
