Hoya compacta growth habit

averil(8b)June 14, 2014

Hi folks, can anyone enlighten me on the growth habit of a compacta. Will it just grow in one long strand or does it branch out
Many thanks

To get Hoyas to branch, you have to cut them. Wait for it to get long enough to start a new cutting. Once the new cutting is rooted, you can put it back in with the main plant and then you'll have two. And the original piece will branch.
