I just wanted to say thank that I have found my passion...I am 60 and I have raised 5 children and the baby 25 has left the nest about a year ago...I found myself asking "What am I to do, where is the passion I am looking for, what do i do now...Well life is good I found this site and bought a few Hoyas...to some it my seem silly but to me a whole new world has opened and I am on the Hoya journey....Thank you for allowing me to share..Dalette

Well your in good hands here. Take a look at the link and the downloads section for some free online Hoya magazine issues. There is also a great section filled with Hoya and Eriostemma photos. Just a little to get even more hooked on Hoyas. :)

Oh, yeah, Dalette - you've found a passion that will challenge you, that will fill your days with a lot of joy and just a bit of sorrow (we all lose a few...), but it's a hobby that will keep you busy once you get into it. Plants (Hoyas & succulents) have been a lifelong hobby for me because I don't have children - I imagine trying to do BOTH would be challenge a lot of people couldn't handle! Which probably explains why the cactus/succulent club I belong to is mostly us older folks!
