I'm looking for the daylilies that you see all along the roadways blooming now, that hopefully the deer have had enough of.
I have too much echinacea and russian sage.
Be very sure you want ditch lilies in your yard before planting them. They're like cockroaches. Once they're established, no matter how pretty, they'll be yours for life. And they spread like, well, weeds.
Personally, I'd look for named varieties of the orange daylilies. They behave better.
Welcome aboard. Dianne
I just separated mine if u want them
I would love to find some of these "ditch lilies" - I'm in Delaware County, NY if anyone has any they could split/share??
