I got some buckwheat seeds from the garden party is it to late to put some in the garden? Davec(?) The address for azomite is 1639 N Spring Garden Ave.
It's been a long while since I grew buckwheat, but I think right now would be a good time to plant - also in February. I used to grow it for growing chickens to graze - they loved it.
Thanks, shuffles I will throw some in the garden, then let the chickens in there they will be happy.
You still have time, but the buckwheat will be killed by frost. It grows fast and starts blooming in 30 days. I doubt there is still enought time for them to develope seeds though. It will grow slower (but still fast) now it's getting cooler. If you need more seeds for spring, let me know.
Thanks for the tip on where to get AZOMITE locally. it will probably same me $25 a bag!
Thanks Michaelc0, glad you saw the post,
