I dumped the 'Red Stuff'

barbzeeeMarch 27, 2009

Donna, Sorry if this double posts..but wanted to let you know after reading your post to me, I went outside and brought in the feeder..cleaned it and filled it with the simple syrup I made up...the little guy came by checked it out ..guess he didn't recognize it without being "Red"..and flew away..came back a few hours later and tasted it...Now I'm waiting to see if he comes back at sunset...Amazing how we enjoy the little gifts from God..

I do so enjoy my coffee more now in the morning...

Thanks again All of you that wrote... as I enjoy reading and learning...

God Bless

You did a good day's work by ridding your feeder of that red stuff.

Thank you Mimidi...only thing was I had only white sugar..so had to this afternoon run to the store and buy Organic Sugar..so when I change the feeder to clean I'll put in the "New" nectar...gets rather interesting...and I'm so enjoying it..but still only one male...but at least he keeps coming back...guess I might have to call him the Lone Rider :)

God Bless
