I've heard asian pears dry well. Has anyone done this. How thick do you make the slices? At what temp do you set your dryer? How long does it generally take?

One of the few ways I like to use Asian pears. I use a Norpro apple peeler/slicer to process them- makes thin slices, and dry them at 135oF. Same process I use for apples. I don't dip (browning doesn't bother me).
