Please identify this plant

I have seen this plant used as a spiller in planters and love it. A friend gave me some cuttings today but we don't know the name. It looks similar to creeping fig, but I'm pretty sure that is not what it is. Can you help? Thanks!

Could it be Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia nummularia)?

To me, it looks like a plant called Swedish Ivy, which I used to have a lot of, but haven't seen in years. It was once a very popular plant, maybe 20-30 years ago.

The leaves look too small for Swedish Ivy and the stems are green not red. I have some growing in my greenhouse. I was thinking creeping charlie.
