Canning Cranberry Sauce
I went to Costco this week and saw these lovely 4 lb bags of cranberries for sale... got to thinking, is it possible to can cranberry sauce? I make it fresh when I am able, but in April, for example, all I can find is the ikky canned stuff. Does anyone have any experience doing this and recipes to share? We prefer whole berry type sauces and want to keep it as simple as possible... no shallots, jalapenos, guacamole, or whatever.
I looked on the internet for recipes... a lot of them are open kettle style, and I'm just not doing that.
