Sounded like a very intersting way to spend some time.
We found this restaurant when my mother wanted to eat there for her birthday dinner. It is a nearby attraction she had heard of.
We went and found it a lovely place. The surrounding gardens are set up as bird and butterfly attractions, with hummers as the stars. Feeders are set outside the windows and diners are up close, personal, with the birds who are quite unafraid. We were AMAZED at the quantity of hummers coming and going to the feeders, darting about, so VISIBLE. The gardens are quite attractive, well laid out, very colorful. Other birds are present, notably finches and martins, with bluebird habitat out farther along the walking paths.
We enjoyed our good dinners, went walking along the garden paths outside to enjoy the garden areas out of view, butterflies visiting them.
I would stongly recommend a visit if you are in the area, it is a unique dining experience to eat with birds! We will sure consider going again if we can make it.
