I am going to order 6 pinky winky hydrangeas they are quart size will it take about 3 years to flower or is there a safe way to speed them up im in zone 5a i sure could usee some help please.Thank You

Depends how old they are. Can you call the 800-number of the nursery to see what they say? I have not grown them from a quart size but others have reported growth of several feet on year 1... if planted in the Spring. Being a paniculata, it could bloom on year 1 as well, if it is old enough when shipped and if it is shipped in the Spring.
