botanybob(Northern Idaho)

NOAA is showing above average temperatures through the winter. Precipitation is close to average except the Dec-Jan-Feb period indicated drier than average in northern and central Idaho.

The scary thing was that the temperature maps showed above average temperatures for nearly the WHOLE COUNTRY for most of the winter. No below average areas. Yikes!
