Sweet Summer vs Little Lamb Hydrangea

rachel67(z5ME)April 25, 2014

Would like to plant one of them in the center of a perennial bed. Not familiar with the growth habit and blooms of Sweet Summer. The ones I saw in pots at the nursery appeared shrub like compared to my mostly single stem Little Lamb. Love the huge blooms on LL but it is floppy (but still enjoyable) . Any feed back is appreciated.

SS is much newer. Probably not a lot of folks have it yet.
