Wild carnivorus plants

Hey, it's Joe,

I read that some sundew plants live in the wild in bogs in iowa. Only one county though. I also read that hops (pitcher plant) live in iowa too. On the water plant thing, has any one found wild mallow?? (hibiscus)

This is fasinating to me. I've searched and searched and can't find anything on this. I was thinking about going to ISU's web, and send them the questions. Have you tried that?
It's the first I've heard of this.
