It's possible. Is this a totally open flower? Was there a possibility of Roundup drift before it bloomed? What month does it bloom in your zone and what zone are you?
I. pseudacorus lives in ponds. Some others like boggy conditions.
Google for pictures of i. pseudacorus. I don't think your picture is i. pseudacorus... the leaves are wrong. I don't think it's an iris.
You're probably right, unless it was a pseudocorus really really deformed by Roundup.
There are a couple of cannas that take bog conditions. Again its bloom doesn't look like one.
