ID these iris

edgezillaMay 13, 2009

I picked up these iris over the last couple years without label and they haven't been able to locate their names even when I go back to the nurseries each year.

Would be great if you guys can ID them for me. Thanks

More to come when they flower

I don't grow these little guys, but I have seen that second one posted many times. Try searching Cat's Eye or Pumping Iron.

I'm positive the first one is Az Ap by Alan Ensminger. My daughter has it in Pa and I love it but it doesn't do good or even bloom here in hot Texas.
I did a websearch and here is a link to Daves Garden with pictures. I always recognize it for its beautiful lavender color with purple splotches.
