Would like to share picture of my PW taken in mid aug. about 6 yrs old and in full sun all day

So beautiful. I got 2 this year. Planted last month and it never turned pink. I'm guessing that it's because it just got planted.

Thanks Joopster, I think it takes a good 3/4 yrs before it start to show a good pink

Very pretty. Mine doesn,t start pinking up until the nights get cooler in the fall.

Very nice looking. My PW is about 3 years old and just barely showing some pink. Of course, it also probably needs more sun than it gets, but haven't got any spot open I can move it to. Well, I can just hope that in a couple more years, it looks almost as nice as yours does. : )

I checked on my pinky winky today. It went from white (when I first purchased), then green, then brown. Some turned a little faded pinkish at the base but the top either turned green or brown. As a new homeowner and a new hydrangea grower, this is very frustrating.
