mail order and planting time

I am looking for a Blue Billow to plant in my shady back yard garden this fall. Having struck out at local nurseries, I'm looking for online sources. The best price I've found from a reputable place is from Gossler Farms Nursery, but their website says they ship while plants are dormant, Oct-March, so I guess that means I couldn't plant it this fall? How do I know when they are going to ship it? Sorry to be naive, but I don't understand how this works.

Anyone have advice about good Blue Billow hydrangea sources where I could get it soon? I saw White Flower Farm has them.

I would recommend, a GardenWatchDog Top 30 company. They have 2-year old plants for $18. Shipment is bareroot, via USPS Priority Mail.
I usually order from HydrangeaPlus, but they indicate they are out of stock for this one, in 1-year old plants.
Have never had much success with WFF plants, even with their inflated prices, you don't receive very good plants.

Here is a link that might be useful: Hydrangea serrata 'Blue Billow'

Gossler Farms is an excellent nursery/vendor...if you are concerned about timing, why not email or call them and ask about shipping date, see if it is convenient for your plans.

thanks for both suggestions! I emailed Gossler to see what they say. Gardensoyvey also doesn't ship until plants are dormant, so I may just wait until spring.
