distance between types of beans?

what would be minimum distance between cherokee black pole bean and blue lake pole beans to keep from crossing?

Both of these are P. vularis. Chances of crossing are minimal. absolute surity would require at least a quarter mile, but these have closed blossoms and are rarely accessible to bees or other pollinating insects.
