When to Replant Iris

pink_warm_mama_1(Z4 Maine)July 7, 2012

Asked this question before, but it got waaaay off the subject, so I still don't know. The question is: How long after irises bloom can they be transplanted? Thank you for any help.

You can do it right away after bloom. This is recommended in my old iris book by Molly Price.

I've just done it with some. Drenched them and now no more water for a month.
