Stargazer lily bulbs...

greengardener07March 31, 2008

If I am going to buy a bag of these, how do I know if they are any good?

If I gently squeeze the bulbs, are they supposed to be solid like an iris rhizome or tulip/daffodil bulb is supposed to be?

Or are they supposed to be a little soft?

They should be firm and plump, not soft and shriveled.
