Type of T8 tubular fluorescent for succulents?

esther_bMarch 10, 2010

My little succulents and cacti are about 18" from an eastern-facing large window. I just bought a 2-bulb shop light which uses 32w T8 bulbs. Which type of fluorescent bulb should I buy? Cool white or warm?

Thanks.

One of each, so you get a full spectrum.

It doesn't matter enough to worry.

And, why do you believe that the non-genetic category, "succulents," deserves special treatment?
