Question about Lima Beans

KendraSchmidtJune 28, 2011

I put some lima bean seeds that I have on hand into a jar of water, to get them to sprout more quickly. Some of the seeds have now opened up a bit. Should I be alarmed? When should I remove the seeds from the water?

Unless you are growing bean sprouts, overnight is more than sufficient for presoaking.
