endamame turned to soy!
I was so excited to be growing endamame for the first time and watched for the leaves to start turning yellow. My plants didn't seem to know that the leaves were supposed to turn yellow to tell me to start the harvest, and now I have hard green beans. I have harvested them and assume I can cook them the same as I would any other hard bean? Anyone know how long I can store them? Anyone have experience or suggestions? I'd appreciate it!
