I will like to tap maple trees to get syrup.. I have a few questions:
-is it to late?
-when is the proper time to tap maple trees?
-how to identify maple trees without leaves(winter)
-can you tap all maples?
-what does it taste like when it is raw from the tree,without boiling it?
