Soft Strawberries

Lee True HulcherApril 14, 2005

Last year I got a great crop of qualnart strawberries. About 3000 plants worth. Only one problem, the minute they were picked, they turned soft and mushy and impossible to take to market. They tasted great and looked wonderful, but could only be used in making jelly and wine. What did I do wrong? LeeH
