Native Plant Society of Texas - Apply now for 'Monarch garden grants'. Please see details by using link below.

Grants of between $50 to $400 will be awarded to qualifying applicants to build Monarch Waystations or demonstration gardens containing milkweed and butterfly nectar plants. The application deadline is March 15 and all grants will be awarded by April 19.

I'm guessing you must be a resident of Texas in order to qualify.

I hope they get lots of applicants and that the program can expand. Texas is part of the initial path that Monarchs must travel to reach the rest of North America. If there isn't sufficient milkweed and nectar plants to support the initial part of their migration, those of us in the north have no chance of seeing them, and any efforts we make will be futile. Other insects will benefit from having the milkweeds for nectar, but the Monarchs won't benefit if they never get this far. Thank-you for doing your part to spread the word.
