Large field of wild growth, mowed annually.

I have a radio tower near my house that the owners mow once a month or so during the summer to keep from becoming overgrown. They never let anything mature, milkweed included.
what should/can I do to help preserve it for wildlife? It's almost 5 acres.
I was thinking of having my 10 year old daughter writing them and pleading with them how their property, managed properly, along with others like it, could help the survival of the monarch butterfly just by doing NOTHING.
Please help me out if you think you have anything more to add.

Oh, you can Google maps the location. It's located on 1262 N.Church st. in Moorestown, NJ.

CBS Radio East Inc., which owns the existing tower and the 21 acres it sits on

After doing some research, I found the owners found out there's much more land.
