Anyone winter sow Foam flower?

zenpotter(z4 MN)March 6, 2006

I posted the question on the winter sowing forum and haven't gotten an answer yet so I will try here.

I have Tiarella wherryi-foam flower and would like to winter sow it. Have any of you had any luck with it? I get conflicting information when I look it up.

I am starting some the WS way for the first time this winter also- I have had Great sucess with Heucherella so I believe this should be a great way to start these as well, as long as the seed is viable....
Best of luck-

I think it would work also. You could always reserve some for an alternate, backup method.
