Snow Peas questions
I'm getting ready to go to market for the first time this year and am wondering about my snow peas. How do you all contain them (container size, etc.) and for how much do you sell them?
Also, I'm wondering what the best post-harvest handling procedures are. How do I keep them fresh and crisp? I have been picking from the vines every day and am starting to wonder if the peas I've picked won't be suitable to sell.
