Is anybody familiar with the roses at the National Arboretum?

If so, can you help this GW member ID one of them? It's been such a long time since I've been to the Arboretum in spring that my memory may be failing me.

Here is a link that might be useful: white climber/shrub at National Arboretum

I am somewhat familiar with the climbing roses at the Arboretum, but not the plant in your picture. However, I suggest you send the photo to Scott Aker at the Arboretum: Scott answers gardening questions in the Washington Post's Home section on Thursday. My experience is that he answers his e-mail faithfully. Hope this suggestion helps.
