I grew up in Ma. where we always had rhubarb pie. I always cooked it for my family. I lived in Ga for many years now reside in Va. Today I was able to buy rhubarb for the first time in many years. My son will be visiting in June and would love a rhubarb pie. Which would be a better tasting pie make the pie and freeze it or freeze the rhubarb then make the pie?
