dandy_line, the blue cohosh made it!

leaveswave(.)May 1, 2009

Remember when I posted that some nefarious rabbit ate one of them down to the ground last fall, shortly after you gave it to me at a swap? Well, I kept it watered but it didn't do anything more then (the shock of being transplanted plus eaten, I guess).

I'm very happy to report that it has sprouted this spring, and looks wonderful! My mom taught me that it's bad luck to say thank you for plants...so, please know how much I am enjoying this beautiful addition to my gardens!

glad to hear that. Now that my Buckthorn is almost annihilated I'm seeing more little plants come up.
