Need to find homes for some plants-Bethesda/DC area

abigail99July 15, 2007

An elderly friend had to give up a number of her plants when she moved to a smaller apartment, and I am trying to find homes for them. The orphans are:

1 ficus tree, about 5 feet tall

1 Dracaena marginata about 4 feet tall

1 Norfolk pine tree about 4 feet tall

2 Christmas cacti

1 really weird very tall skinny tropical-looking plant with a handful of huge oval leaves. I have no idea what this is, obviously.

I am hoping that someone would like to give any or all of these plants a good home as I know that my friend would be sad if I managed to kill her beloved plants with my black thumb.

Please email me at if you are interested. Thanks!
