groundnut (apios americana)

does anyone have a clue where I can find seed for this species. Only one place online is offering seed at a price of about $5 per seed. I find this pretty outrageous for a widely distributed native plant. I have looked into any option I can think of (including herbarium data with recent collections - which turned up no results). anyone have any ideas on where i can find it? i am starting up an organic farm and csa and would like to naturalize this throughout the hedgerows on my property. so would need a fair amount of seed. thanks in advance for your help!
