You use polymer clay (can get it at WalMart, Hobby Lobby, etc.). You use cookie cutter, scratch the name of the plant into the soft clay and bake in your oven. I used wire as the stick or stem which would last longer sticking in the ground. Mine have lasted 3 years now.
