Bought a home and this is growing in the yard in several places. I don't know enough about plants to identify this. Can you help? Thanks!!
not sure but looks like a yucca
If it's large enough, it will bloom in the spring. Tall stately flower spikes. Yucca grow for years and years. Drought tolerant. Hardy. There's one growing in Nebraska that's been on a corner for 40+ years. They don't expand much and have lovely texture and design. They have deep roots if you try to transplant so dig deep. Often an accent plant. Animals don't like the pointy ends so they stay away. Often planted in rock gardens or on a berm.
