Are these flowers or weeds

I know there's a fine line between native wildflowers and weeds. But I am sure some of you know what these are. Small blue-white flowers have appeared at the edge of the lawn. Photo here: http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a84/ncstockguy/bluish-white-flowers.jpg

Looks like one of our native violets. Could be a pale form of Viola missouriensis.

I have that too and someone suggested it is Viola sororia var. priceana.

I agree with the above after double checking your location. Viola missouriensis is a midwestern species, although some consider it to be synonymous with V. sororia which has many varieties and synonyms.

They call them Johnny Jump Ups here. People posion them. I move them and watch them get huge. mine range from dark purple to white and a mix. I love to use them as a boarder around fences and trees.
